All versions come with unlimited e-mail support. Bugs are usually turned around within a week patches/upgrades released via e-mail. |
| Can we control the way we charge for flights ?
Yes. The software is incredibly configurable and we will help, where required, a new site set up the various charging parameters. |
| What if you can't handle the way we charge ?
If the software is unable to recognise the way in which you charge for flights then we will be happy to modify the application for a nominal charge. |
| What if the author goes bust ?
No problem. We will be happy to lodge the source code with a mutually agreeable third party in the event of us not being able to continue support. |
| Can we integrate it with our web site ?
Interestingly enough, we have already started developing system whereby members can view their account statements on-line rather than via e-mail. |
| How do I aquire the software ?
Simply go to the downloads page and select the software you require. Download it to your hard disk and install. |
